Shipping

What's the cost of shipping?

We charge a flat rate fee of $9.95 on our subscription boxes that ship within the USA's 48 contiguous states. International order rates are calculated at checkout. Other store item rates are based on weight and size. You have the option to select your preferred shipping method and carrier at checkout.

Where do you ship?

We offer our products worldwide! Shipments outside of the USA may be subject to duties upon delivery.

How long will it take to arrive?

USA orders typically take 4-10 business days to arrive once shipped. International orders vary by distance and carrier. Tracking will be provided by email once your order's shipping labels are printed.

When will you ship my order?

If you order a single product (or multiple products) today, your box/items will usually ship within 1 week. If you're a subscriber to our monthly Hollywood Star Box, your orders will renew every month on the same day. We charge and send all our boxes out on the same date each month, usually the middle of the month.


Subscriptions

How can I check my order status?

First, create a store account by clicking here. Make sure to use the email address you used on your initial order. After creating a new store account, login. Once you login, you’ll see a list of recent orders. Here, you can cancel an order, view, or pay an outstanding balance.

How do I track an order?

After your shipping label has been printed, you'll receive an email from us with tracking information. You may also obtain a tracking number by clicking “Order History” in the "My Accounts" links section. Once you sign in, you will see an order status and a tracking number.

Can I cancel my single product order?

You may not cancel orders after they have been shipped. You may only cancel a custom order (for instance, with a monogram) within 24 hours of ordering if printing or manufacturing has not yet begun. If the printing or processing has already started, these orders cannot be cancelled. They are only refundable if there is an error or defect on our end. You must provide proof (photos of any damage from our printing or manufacturing – not caused by shipping carrier, emails with confirmation of customization such as monograms) in your request for a refund due to defect or error on our end.

What comes in the Hollywood Star Box?

The Hollywood Star Box comes with 3-7 different items each month. This includes items related to beauty, fashion, accessories and lifestyle. The box is inspired by a different Hollywood icon each month and contains inspirational ideas on how to nourish your body, mind, and soul. Every month, products change and are always a surprise!

Can I change my subscription?

Sure! First, create a store account by clicking here. Make sure to use the email address you used on your initial order. After creating a new store account, login and click "Subscriptions". From there, you may skip a month, pause your boxes, or cancel your subscription. You can also access the "Subscription" option from your order confirmation email. The box is not returnable or refundable once ordered and paid, so be sure to make any changes to your subscription prior to the monthly renewal. This is generally on the 5th of the month.


Payment

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Tax amounts (if any) are based on your shipping location and vary by county and state. Our website automatically calculates sales tax when you enter a shipping location. International shipments may be subject to duties upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.

When will I be charged?

Your account will be charged within 24 hours of completing checkout. If you purchase a subscription box, you will be charged on the same day each month, usually around the 2nd of that month.
