Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. This applies to individual product purchases, not subscription boxes (see below for those policies).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags in tact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions, in our sole discretion.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@hollywoodsupport.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 313 E Palmetto Park Rd, Suite 801, Boca Raton FL 33432. 

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Any claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be made within 5 days of delivery.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return postage will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

By making a purchase, you agree to contact us at info@hollywoodsupport.com to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may be considered a violation of these Terms, and we reserve the right to dispute such claims and provide all relevant documentation to the payment processor.

Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions are billed at the time of purchase. Future renewals occur on our standard billing cycle, typically on or around the 2nd (between the 25th of the previous month to the 2nd of the delivery month) of the applicable renewal month. Billing dates may vary slightly depending on processing times.

Once renewals process, they cannot be canceled. Be sure to update your subscription status before your next renewal date.

To edit your subscription, you’ll need to activate your store account. To activate it, go here: https://hollywoodafterdark.shop/account/register.

Use the same email address you used for your order. After registering, you can log in to your account and click "Subscriptions". From here, you’ll be able to update payment, skip or pause boxes, and cancel.

3-month, 6-month, and 12-month prepaid subscriptions

Sorry, we do not offer refunds on prepaid multi-month subscription fees. Your subscription includes various items each cycle, so there is a risk that you may not like something in a particular month. By signing up and pre-paying, you agree to that risk when subscribing. If you need a break from shipments or don’t want a box for a specific month, please choose “skip next shipment” from your account page on our website or contact us.

We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value based on availability.

Due to the curated nature of our subscription boxes, we do not guarantee that every item will match individual preferences, styles, or expectations.

If you don’t like the box contents, that’s the perfect opportunity to gift some of the items to your friends or family. We don’t want you to feel stuck with any of our products or services, so please make sure you cancel your auto-renewal if you think they aren’t a good fit for you.
