Shipping Policy:
Hollywood Star Box subscription boxes offers FREE shipping, depending on the box you order. Shipping rates for other store items are based on weight and size. If you order today, your items typically ship within one week. At checkout, you can select your preferred shipping method and carrier. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Subscription Boxes are shipped on a scheduled fulfillment cycle, typically around the middle of the month. You are charged for each subscription month by the 2nd of the month in which there is a box and then the box itself is shipped out around the 16th of the same month. Your first charge happens immediately when you subscribe, regardless of when the next box ships.
USA shipments typically take 4-10 business days to arrive once shipped. International shipments' timeline vary by location and carrier. Tracking will be provided by email once your order's shipping labels are printed.
For international orders: Once items leave the United States, in most cases, we're unable to access detailed tracking information. Use the tracking number provided with your local carrier to help locate it if you think it's lost.
CANADA & UK:
International shipments' cost and timeline vary by location and carrier. Packages are shipped in a bag to provide the most economical shipping rates. Carrier rates are calculated at checkout. Tracking will be provided by email once your order ships. Customers are responsible for any taxes, duties or fees collected upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Failed deliveries:
We are not responsible for packages that fail to deliver due to incomplete address, missing apartment number, mail forwarding, incorrect address, improper/non-secure parcel receptacle, etc. To make a second delivery attempt for returned packages, the customer will be responsible for paying the returned delivery fee. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
